The cleaning staff in earnest attempted to keep buildings clean but not all tenants had that same level of cleanliness. More cleaning staff is needed . The small staff was being overworked. The maintenance staff, particularly Q, was always eager and willing to help everyone. Certainly a highlight of living in the community. The leasing staff was actively planning events to keep tenants engaged however, the constant car break ins and car thefts kept folks feeling disengaged and fearful. You never heard about any arrests being made, furthering sowing mistrust.

I have never lived on a property that is so well kept! Today, Q from maintenance patiently dug my car out from a snow storm that hit our area. Q is very helpful and professional. Keep up the good work!

Community Shoutout!
We want to give a huge THANK YOU to our amazing Maintenance Team for always being on the job! Before, during, and after the storm, you worked tirelessly to make sure we as residents were safe. From clearing sidewalks and pathways to treating snow and ice, your dedication never goes unnoticed. Rain, snow, or shine you show up and get it done.
A special shoutout as well to our Office Staff for keeping everyone informed and up to date on weather conditions and any business changes. Your communication, care, and consistency truly make a difference and help keep our community prepared and at ease.
Why not live in a community like this? Grateful for a team that truly goes above and beyond! 👏🏽🏡✨

Chanel was incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process at Fairmont at South Lake. She was professional, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly, even with my need to move in quickly. Her support and attention to detail truly made the process stress-free, and I’m very grateful for her assistance.

Last Friday I had a wonderful interaction with leasing staff agent Chanel, and it was a very pleasant experience. I've lived here for just over 1.5 years and went to the leasing office to get parking passes for a couple visitors I was having the next day and the conversation grew from there. I felt very comfortable, seen, and just overall one of the best interactions I’d had that day. Sometimes living in an apartment complex and working from home can feel very siloed and so it’s lovely when even if I just go to ask for something small, that someone is able to take the time to just be human and have a conversation. Thank you so much Chanel and I look forward to seeing you at the next community event! Also shout out to the maintenance staff who are always so timely with fixing any issues and friendly, as well as the cleaning staff.
