  Shelby is amazing! She has been so kind and helpful during the move in process and is always there when you need her! She is very professional, and friendly! Her and the front office team work very hard to make their residents happy, including hosting fun themed parties for us during the holidays :) Living here has been a breath of fresh air!

  It was a great community until the break ins. There has been multiple break in to cars. Some people wake up to all 4 tires missing on their cars. They have sent emails out about adding security. Security does not come every night. They come for couple of days after break in then they disappear. They said in the email that they were adding better lights and more cameras. I have not seen that done. There are spots in the parking light where it is very low lighting. They did just add a gate to the entrance but the gates are still open at night. If you have money for the high rent and money on the side for your car to get fixed when they break into or steal your tires then come stay here. (It did not allow me to reply back to Fairmont's rebuttal) But yes guys I do stay here but I would like to stay Anonymous which is why my name is not accurate. How else would I get the emails?! I’m just grateful that my car hasn’t had any damage to it and would love if we do not have this problem anymore.

  We enjoyed our living here. The place is well maintained, kept clean, the staff was always helpful. I am grateful to Ms. Shelby for help during application. She was very patient and helped to fill in all the documents and we got approved our first apartment rent in the US. Location is perfect with unusual layout of the buildings in a big circle which was nice and safe for kids and animals (and no other windows facing your apartment ). We had two bathrooms is a one bedroom apartment which was also a big plus. We can highly recommend this place for living.

  Fairmont At Southlake In looking for a new place - Fairmont At South Lake checked all the right boxes. The property and amenities speak for themselves- next level. I've had interaction with staff members Adria, Ola & Shelby and each were knowledgeable and have shown courtesy & patience during the process before and since moving. The maintenance team has also been very responsive & respectful - thank you to all.

  My review is solely based on my interaction with Andrea! Today was my move in date although my paperwork was not ready nor was my apartment, Andrea is a lovely soul. She was professional, calm, kind, very apologetic and a great example of what a leasing agent should represent. She is the ONLY reason I stayed to continue the process, I almost cancelled everything. The manager’s customer service interaction was a bit off putting, not warm or inviting. Thank you, Andrea.
