  I lived here last year, the staff was awesome, clean and conveniently located, I had this one experience with this young man, I will never forget his name was Steve Morgan, it was the weekend and there was water coming from under my kitchen sink, I panicked because I thought the office was closed, when he knocked on my door he had the most courteous way of letting me know that he would take care of it for me, he never complained or gave me the impression that he wanted to be somewhere else, when he completed the work he asked for a mop and cleaned the water and said if you have anymore issues to call the number back, I was so proud of the manners that this young fellow showed and wished him many blessings, Thank you Mr. Morgan, keep up the good work

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Q (Qhaliq) for his outstanding service and character. Q is an exceptional maintenance professional who consistently goes above and beyond his responsibilities. He is highly serviceable, humble, selfless, and extremely hardworking. Every time assistance is needed, he responds promptly with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. Q is reliable, honest, and trustworthy, which gives residents great peace of mind. His work is always done thoroughly and professionally, and he takes pride in making sure issues are resolved correctly, not just quickly. Beyond his technical skills, his respectful demeanor and kindness truly set him apart. Q is a tremendous asset to this community and to the company. His dedication and work ethic do not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for all that he does. Any organization would be blessed to have someone like him on their team.

  Living here has been such a wonderful experience! The community, amenities, and most importantly, the staff. In particular, I want to highlight Steve, a member of the maintenance team. He is nothing short of amazing! Always responds to calls on time, solves every issue, and goes above and beyond for the residents. He's an all around great individual and I enjoy running into him around the grounds. Every team should have a Steve, trust me!

  Staff and maintenance make everyday living here a positive experience. Especially the maintenance team (Q), who consistently respond promptly and effectively whenever issues arise. Customer service is always professional and attentive, which is especially important in today's environment. The administrative staff are also very helpful and responsive whenever I need assistance. I rated my experience four stars due to the building's quality and the lack of expected luxury amenities. The clubhouse offers more luxury than the apartments themselves. For example, having the same light fixture in the bathroom as in the stairwell does not align with luxury standards. Additionally, while living in an apartment, some noise is to be expected; however, hearing neighbors above slam down the toilet seat or hearing your neighbors below soundbar is disruptive. Overall, the dedicated staff and maintenance team are the key reasons I choose to remain here.

  I want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to the Maintenance team in our community for always showing up and making sure we, as residents, are truly taken care of. Your hard work, consistency, and dedication do not go unnoticed. A very special shout-out to Daren, who always goes above and beyond without hesitation.
