    I moved out of this building over three months ago and have still not received my security deposit. Under Maryland security deposit law, landlords are required to return the deposit (or provide an itemized list of deductions) within 45 days. I have followed up multiple times and have not received a resolution or clear communication. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I will be pursuing legal action to resolve the matter.

    I really enjoyed living in the building and the community was great. However, I moved out almost two months ago and still have not received my security deposit. I’ve tried contacting the management company multiple times but have not received any response or update. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication.

    They have an ai-agent for setting up an apartment tour that never gets back to you. Their phone number is completely automated as well. I wonder how they get new tenants
