  What a great experience living here. They are pet friendly, kind caring people who keep the bulding looking great and operating smoothly. Leasing staff is super efficient with very little turnover. Door and concierge / valet has a strong core team as well that is very professional and available. Engineering does repairs through an online system and communicatiomd are always efficient to tenants. The building continues to make improvements in equipment, safety and apartment upgrades which is a sign of their commitment to their tenants beyond exceptional maintenance of both common and private areas. The apartments are well sized given the age of the building so you can actually live in your apartments. The bldg is easily walkable to the Metro and major bus routes. Location straddles Bethesda and Chevy Chase so it's easily walkable and convenient if you have a dog or are just looking to take a walk in a more suburban walk.

  I’ve never stayed at an apartment this long!! I’d usually start packing up before my one year lease was up because of rodents, parking issues, lack of space, or the 4 flights of stairs or stray cats or bad management but let me tell you ….. NONE OF THAT here at Topaz House! It’s been almost 2 years of soft life living; and you see that lady in the pic by the door……. Marissa!!!! She is on TOP of her game here with Ernie, Andrea, the whole front desk crew and maintenance guys - they are pure TOPAZ!!!! Thank you for keeping us safe always, thank you for the well planned mixers, thank you for being the apartment of my dreams. Ohhhh blessings!!!! My teen goes to school across the street, my job and Church is on Wisconsin ave, my gym is on the lobby level and if I want One life fitness, it’s across the street outside of our garage, I’m avoiding the fully stocked vending machine now ahahahaha but listen to this…. My 65 year old mom is visiting and she tells my siblings she’s “vacationing with Seyi in little London” - my brother said “wait, where????” - she goes “TOPAZ HOUSE!!!” Okay, mic drop! 😂😂😂😂

  They need a 60 day letter of not renewing lease to get your deposit back. These people are criminals!
