  I moved to the Brody in June 2020 and have just renewed my lease for another two years. Great apartment. Responsive property management. It feels like home. A very special amenity that is exclusive to The Brody is the fenced and gated dog park. Addressing the one star review posted yesterday by TOM NOTS regarding the rude behavior of the property manager---Ridiculous! nonsense! The sign on the gate clearly states: "PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING THIS AREA FOR RESIDENTS OF THE BRODY APARTMENTS ONLY." And Mr. Nots thought the Brody was rude Give me a break and also stay out of here We know the dogs here We know they have been vaccinated We know their temperament. We PAY rent here for this luxury. And quite frankly, the residents who enjoy the playtime in this area are not happy with non-residents coming in, having their dogs go after any of us, leaving poop for us to clean up and taking the toys that we have for the enjoyment of our pets. So, no, property manager wasn't rude. She was honoring the residents here. The Brody is a great place to live. I have had friends who have moved out because of circumstances unrelated to the Brody and have looked to come back. So if you are looking to live on one of the best streets in downtown Bethesda with good property management that is truly Pet Friendly. This is the place. Our management cares.

  The management team here is always friendly and helpful. Building is clean and well maintained. This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for".

  We're on a quiet, tree-lined street that's steps from Metro and the (free) Bethesda Circulator, the library, groceries, shops and restaurants, and irresistible frozen yogurt/ice cream parlors. Management is excellent: the building and grounds are very well-maintained. The Concierge Desk is professional and always willing to help. If you want to live in the heart of downtown Bethesda in quiet, spacious apartments, I recommend The Brody without reservation!

  Stayed there for the weekend. Seems like a nice building overall. Very secure.
