I really enjoyed living in the building and the community was great. However, I moved out almost two months ago and still have not received my security deposit. I’ve tried contacting the management company multiple times but have not received any response or update. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication.

They have an ai-agent for setting up an apartment tour that never gets back to you. Their phone number is completely automated as well. I wonder how they get new tenants

Fantastic building but terrible management team. I have lived here since 2018 (4.5 years now). When I moved in they had 24/7 concierge and that slowly dwindled down to very low front desk coverage and currently questionable temp staff on the weekends who mostly watch TV shows behind the front desk. Note as much as I love the building, rents have gone UP even with the cut back on staff/front desk coverage (this should be the other way around).
The only saving grace to what has kept this building running smoothly and kept me here has been Ms. Janice at the front desk who has made this place a HOME for me and the residents. She is incredibly attentive, caring, goes the extra mile and makes me and my fellow neighbors feel safe and comfortable. When she is not around, I can’t guarantee things run well. I am incredibly disappointed that she resigned this past week due to the poor management culture who has not tried to keep her as part of the team. I really hope Washington Property Group will wake up to the incredible asset Janice is to Solaire, find a way to keep her and create a better environment for the residents and the staff.

My daughter just recently completed a one-year lease at the Solaire Apartments. Her overall experience at Solaire was very good. I had the opportunity to visit her on five seperate occassions during her one-year stay. I was always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the building amenities, friendliness of the tenants, the peaceful and quite atmosphere, building safety and the surrounding restaurants and shops.
However, the greatest assest the Solaire has to offer is its Front Desk Concierge extraordinaire, Ms. Janice. She is the heart and soul of 7077 Woodmont Avenue. Her professionalism, kindness, caring attitude, work ethic, and overall concern for every resident and visitor is priceless. After meeting her for the first time, she made me feel like I was a welcomed member of the Solaire family. I marvelled at the treatment that she extended to every resident and visitor I observed her come in contact with. She is a welcome beacon of light in a world that is filled with so much hatred and division.
Ms. Janice, I want to personally thank you for watching over my daughter and meeting her every need during her stay at the Solaire Apartments. You have been a godsend to my family. I am indeed grateful for all of your assistance, care, and concern provided. It is my prayer that the management team at Solaire recognize and appreciate the precious jewel they have in their midst.
