  Lived there for 1 years. Comfortable, quiet, old-fashioned. Centrally located. The management and staff was always friendly and tried to help. I suspect though that with all these new developments over the last 15 years, the building would not be considered today a top-end property, as it used to be in the past

  Lived in the building for the past year. My wife and I loved the place. From the great location in downtown Bethesda, friendly staff, quick response to all requests, spacious apartments and great value for money. Truly recommend!

  If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. I love living here, not just because the apartments are lovely but the front desk is so kind. They are lovely ppl and care about their residents so much. Definitely live at bethesda place if you can!

  Great place to living! The management and staff are very kind and polite. Common areas always clean and very well maintained. Apartment has a great infrastructure and is located in an excellent spot. I'm having great times living here.

  My wife and I are not one for High-rises, but this place is the only one we would ever want to live. Having a restaurant business as we do, we mostly like to keep to ourselves when we get home. The idea of running into a front desk person or neighbors really wasn't our cup of tea. I know we probably sound like horrible anti-socialites, but after a day of hard work, one just wants to come home and relax. I can tell you today that those fears were immediately dashed since day one of living here at this amazing community. I brief background: My wife and I bought a home and have been waiting for it to be built. During the 3 months between the selling of our previous home and buying our new one, we needed a short-term rental. This can be a daunting task, especially in this area. We found Bethesda Place and found it to be extremely reasonably priced, fully furnished, and the perfect short-term lease we needed. *Back to the story. Cut to present day* Once we moved in, the experience was beyond our hopes and dreams. THE MOVE IN: Upon move in, we found our united fully furnished from the moment we came through the door. With silverware in the drawers, to a fully made bed, even the dining room was set for us with a fresh flower on the table. As this was a smaller space from where we moved, the definitely took the time to make this space feel like a home. With front door access and elevator priority, move-in day couldn't have been more smooth. THE NEXT DAY: The front desk not only has been nothing but a delight, they have been utter professionals.The residents are extremely friendly and polite and allow you to have your space. I actually enjoy coming home and seeing who will be there to greet me at the lobby. I have been in other high-rise apartments and found Bethesda's staff to almost have a 6th sense of knowing when to engage their residents and when to simply greet you with a kind hello. Not only are they complete professionals, but they are great at assisting with package deliveries and are well equipped to handle any package you need delivered to your location. Between Evelyn, Sara, Debbie, the amazing maintenance crew, and the security group of Bonnie, April, & Kevin...I couldn't be happier to be here. THE AMENITIES: With access to their Gym, a DryyDrop (dry-cleaning app station), in unit HVAC unit control, in unit Washer & Dryer, Garage Parking, and an eco-friendly community, I almost wish we weren't getting our new home. Sadly, we will be ending this experience at the end of the month and I am grateful for the experience. It really has changed my opinion of high-rise living and the communities they provide. Part of me feels like I'm leaving a wonderful community and I enjoyed every minute. Thank you everyone for not just making us feel like a part of a community, but part of a family.
