  While outside pool was gorgeous... inside pool is very very dangerous and scary! The mold is on every chair, wall and ceiling. There is no ventilation. There was no filter on in the pool. Staff seemed unaware. Manager came out to complain that we were sitting outside too early... I explained that we came to swim in the indoor pool but due to safety and health concerns we could not do so. She said "oh ill have the lifeguard take a look." Whats a lifeguard going to do about mold like that? The community in itself is quite nice. We rented an airbnb and did a lot of walking in the neighborhood and loved the piers. Close location to wonderful attractions. But due to my safety concerns I could not in good conscious give good reviews.

  When we discovered Landings at Bayside, the new townhomes checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in our new home. We loved the design, interior choices and working with Jay Carlson. His extensive knowledge of the products as well as the building process gave us confidence as we made all of our selections. His friendly, calm demeanor is a perfect fit for new home construction and he was always available to answer questions from start to finish, and beyond. Even though we live in the area and would drive by often over the time it took to build, we looked forward to the regular photos and updates we’d receive from our construction managers Andrew and Mike! We love the location of our community, close to Assateague Island and Ocean City, MD as well as Berlin, with its restaurants, boutiques and activities. In comparison to other communities in the area, our amenities are second to none! It’s given us the opportunity to meet neighbors by spending time at the pool and we’re lucky to have a beautiful clubhouse with fitness and game rooms! Thank you Jay, Andrew, Mike and the entire Ryan/NVR team for making this a great experience and a beautiful community in which to live!
