She wasn’t there for the first showing when my husband went to meet with the builder for our new construction house, she showed up when he went for the signing of the contract to build our house. After the signing, she completely disappeared, wasn’t there to help with any of the process or negotiation. She wasn’t even there at the closing, finally heard from her through a postcard to say thank you for using her and to spread words about her, THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. She was basically there to collect her commission, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER!!!
