  The Avanti apartments are a wonderful place to live. Alec and Autumn in the leasing office made me feel like I really arrived at my new home from my first visit on the campus. Alec and Autumn are very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the amenities available. My concerns and questions are handled very quickly and efficiently by the office staff. Avanti is located in a wonderful location near any type of store and restaurant style you could desire. The amenities include an awesome gym, pool and outdoor grilling and common area. Anyone looking for a new home in Harford county would be remiss if you don’t come and visit Avanti to see if they have an apartment to fit your needs.

  I’ve lived here for 6 months now couldn’t be happier about my choice. Alec and maintenance are always quick to respond. Most maintenance issues are fixed in 24 hours or less. It’s very quiet in my building and I love the pool/gym amenities!

  When my Dad passed away in October, we needed a small place for Mom! We made an appointment with Autumn. From the minute we took our tour we knew we were home. Autumn answered all our questions in a very informative and friendly manner. We had lots of questions. When we came back two days later with some more questions, we met Alec. He took care of all our questions and as a team, he and Autumn were available to help us in any way we needed! Not only onsite, but also by email. We couldn’t have had a better experience! So glad we chose Avanti!

  We had storm damage to our home and needed a temporary place to move into. Avanti, specially Alec Boorman, was so accommodating and did so much for us to get us in here. To say Alec, Julia and Autumn went above and beyond is an understatement. They did so much for myself and my family that we are forever thankful.
