  I just have to give a huge shoutout to this property, the property manager and all their staff. They are WONDERFUL. My elderly Aunt moved in with her husband about 2 yrs ago, her husband passed and she has remained living there independently and loves it and always tells us how well the staff treat her. She loved visiting the food truck and at 93, is looking forward to summer and occasionally visiting the pool deck to soak in some warm sun. Thank you for being a wonderful part of our community and family

  Alec and Autumn could not have been more helpful. Autumn has been our primary contact but, when she wasn't there, Alec was aware of the contract and where we were in the process. They clearly know how to keep each other informed so when the customer calls, there are no delays. The apartments look nice,the grounds are clean and well maintained and it appears there is good communication with the staff. I look forward to moving in and enjoying my new home! Mike McCarty

  The Avanti apartments are a wonderful place to live. Alec and Autumn in the leasing office made me feel like I really arrived at my new home from my first visit on the campus. Alec and Autumn are very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the amenities available. My concerns and questions are handled very quickly and efficiently by the office staff. Avanti is located in a wonderful location near any type of store and restaurant style you could desire. The amenities include an awesome gym, pool and outdoor grilling and common area. Anyone looking for a new home in Harford county would be remiss if you don’t come and visit Avanti to see if they have an apartment to fit your needs.

  I’ve lived here for 6 months now couldn’t be happier about my choice. Alec and maintenance are always quick to respond. Most maintenance issues are fixed in 24 hours or less. It’s very quiet in my building and I love the pool/gym amenities!
