TL;DR Do NOT move here. This place is a poorly converted hotel being marketed as a luxury apartment. The units have no windows, terrible appliances, and feel cramped and low quality. The “smoke-free” policy is a joke and your unit will constantly smell like cigarettes and weed, and management does nothing. Noise is out of control (you can hear full conversations), and quiet hours are never enforced. Amenities are always “under renovation” or closed, and management is completely unhelpful once you sign. Absolutely not worth the price.
I genuinely regret moving here. This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had, and I feel completely misled by how this property was advertised.
The leasing staff were friendly at first, but that changed the second I signed. They extended my lease an extra month beyond what I originally requested, and even after I provided documentation, they refused to correct it or accommodate me. That set the tone for how little they care about residents once they have your signature.
The units themselves are terrible. This building was clearly converted from hotel rooms, and it shows in every way. The layout is cramped and poorly designed, the sink is extremely small, storage is basically nonexistent, and everything feels cheap. The appliances barely function. The stove takes forever just to heat anything, and hot water takes an unreasonable amount of time to come out. Basic things should not be this difficult in an apartment at this price point. There is also no oven or dishwasher.
And the biggest issue: there are NO WINDOWS. Living in a windowless unit is honestly miserable. The air feels stale, there’s no natural light, and it starts to feel suffocating. It’s not something you realize the impact of until you’re stuck living in it every day.
The “smoke-free” policy is a complete lie. People are constantly smoking cigarettes and weed, and the smell comes straight into my unit. It lingers for hours. I’ve submitted multiple complaints and nothing changes. Management claims they enforce the rules, but they clearly don’t.
Noise is completely out of control. I was told during my tour that the building was soundproof due to concrete construction. That is absolutely false. I can hear full conversations, coughing, TVs, music, doors slamming. Even during “quiet hours,” people are yelling and blasting music, and nothing is enforced. There is zero peace or privacy. On top of that, the walls and floors seem to carry vibrations, so even footsteps and movement from neighbors are noticeable. It feels like you’re living on top of other people rather than in your own space. The tenants themselves make it worse. There is constant late-night noise, people blasting music, and no respect for shared living. It feels chaotic and unmanaged.
The amenities are also incredibly misleading. The pool has been closed for over a month with no updates. The sauna has supposedly been under renovation for FIVE months. The gym equipment is often broken or outdated, and the common areas are not maintained as advertised. They promote resident events as perks, but then charge extra to attend them, which is ridiculous.
There are also constant issues with cleanliness in shared spaces (hallways, trash areas, elevators). Trash piles up, and the overall upkeep does not match what they advertise.
For what they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. Between the poor unit quality, lack of natural light, constant smoke, noise problems, unresponsive management, and misleading amenities, it feels like you’re paying a premium to live in a poorly converted hotel room.
I feel stuck here until my lease ends, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing here.
