- GPGrace PullumAug 20, 20251.0The property treated my family terribly & their apartments are full of BOTH green & black mold! They refused to assist and didn’t address any concerns. The ACs are loud and shake the walls when they are on. The apartments do not smell up to par, and have a mildew/moldy smell. The mold was so bad that it was in every room and even the flooring. It ruined furniture, kitchen cookware, clothes/shoes & even a newborn crib!! I would never recommended this complex to anyone even if it was the last available apartment in the entire state. BEWARE!

If you are on time and late once out the year , they threaten your residency . I have never seen such rude, unprofessional staff . And for a rental company that is paid on time every month and a few days late .. to issue you a threatening letter is beyond ridiculous.
