  Best place in downtown to live. Fast maintenance, and great staff. Very clean, and there is a connected parking garage.

  I’m so grateful to be a part of this community. Management does an excellent job at keeping things in order, communication, and making us feel appreciated. It’s always warm and welcoming in this building. Not to mention the amenities and location. Super blessed to be here. Thank you to the team!!   Hola! Serás bienvenido si formas parte de la comunidad como yo, aquí encontrarás un lugar grato, si eres nuevo en la ciudad lo recomiendo bastante, es en pleno centro con gran acceso a locomoción como bus y tren, el edificio cuenta con un equipo amable de trabajadores y Bilingüe! Mantenimiento es eficiente, también tiene sala de entretenimientos accesibles, gym, una sala de estar con TV, puedes recibir a tu visita en alguna de las áreas, la biblioteca es agradable para trabajar y estudiar, sala de baile o yoga, la piscina ayuda a pasar el rato inclusive como terapia física, prontamente se abrirá un sauna ! Cuenta con un market y su horario es bueno para los residentes, estacionamiento amplio, puedes recibir tus encomiendas y correos de manera segura y con tecnología, mantienen actividades para la comunidad que lo hace entretenido, puedes estar con tu mascota tranquilamente, lo demás depende de todos mantener un lugar seguro, acogedor, limpio y ordenado.   The Vision on Lombard staff are all very helpful, they sent you email asking if you need anything, the staff had a resolution right away, we are happy on the service, excellent service!!! And also, the safely is no.1, and we are happy, and the convenience too!!😄👍

  The amenities are good and the Vision team are great at staying on top of concerns. There are small things that add up that are usually due to inconsiderate neighbors (loud; leaving garbage in the hall outside of garbage pickup times; pet droppings on carpeted hallways/pet urine in elevators; laundry being forgotten in washers past their completion time etc). I do wish Vision upheld the promise of laundry machines on every other floor (which was one of the move-in incentives) as the current two washers/two dryers are not sufficient for 11 floors and are often fraught with technical issues (even the larger laundry room that opened in the adjacent building has issues) and are old machines that are sometimes unclean. I also am concerned about building safety where it’s on residents to make sure strangers/non-residents into the building when it would be easier to implement a safer system. I know there’s a security guard, but I rarely if ever see him at night or near the main doors and there’s nothing stopping a lurker from entering the building if a resident leaves and the automatic doors are open to allow them to exit. The building fees (on top of the rent) seem a bit high and I don’t see the value of the newly implemented water bill when the pipes/hot water takes minimum 10-15 min running to get hot. The management team is great and listen to concerns and do their best to deal with concerns; the maintenance and custodial teams are also very diligent.
