Every place I looked at had to be at least "Tindeco level" if I was even going to consider moving in. The location is unbeatable; right on the harbor and walking distance from Canton and Fell's point downtown. The staff is also great. I toured with Cathy and it was a very enjoyable experience. Ultimately, I had to go with another location that was considerably closer to work. Otherwise, I would've been a tenant at Tindeco Wharf for sure.

The building is located in a super walkable neighborhood with the marina, stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Touring with Rocky was exceptional. She took her time with us and she was personable, informative and friendly which made us feel right at home. We also got to meet a few tenants and they told us how much they loved living there. We recently moved from a large, 4 bedroom home and were worried about scaling down to a smaller space. We've adjusted quite nicely and the space is great for our current needs. We were a little worried about the apartment being noisy, but it is surprisingly quiet. Tindeco management and other personnel are very friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend these apartments.
