Please do better instead of harassing us via email. If your communication was better from the start the issues at hand would not exist.

My fiancé & I have lived here for about 10 months now, and we will without a doubt be renewing our lease for another year. Prior to living here, we toured this place almost 10 times just because we were so excited for the day that we would finally be able to apply for an apartment. Michelle Carter, the Assistant Property Manager, began to remember us each time we would come in. She was always so welcoming, and was so knowledgeable in answering every question we had. When we were finally able to apply for the apartment, we worked with Michelle, and she was able to make the process so smooth and she was so excited for us when we were approved! We have zero complaints about living at The Gunther. We love having people over, and showing off the building as it's always kept extremely clean, and it feels incredibly safe. Everyone who works here is incredible, and they all make such an effort here. I would highly recommend The Gunther to anyone looking to move to the city.

She patiently toured me around the community and answered every question I had . We ran into the maintenance men who were just as friendly . At the end she reminded me that I can contact her at anytime when I have questions/concerns. I will keep yall at the top of my list
