Nathan took the time to consult with both my buyer and me, ensuring my client felt informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process. Although my client was not yet prepared to move forward with purchasing a home at One Westport, Nathan went above and beyond by providing valuable resources and programs to help her become purchase ready. He even offered a mini first time homebuyer course, which was incredibly helpful and showed his genuine commitment to educating buyers rather than just making a sale. As a Realtor, I truly appreciate professionals who prioritize guidance, transparency, and long term success for clients. I would absolutely recommend Nathan to future buyers and fellow agents alike.

Although I'm not financially ready to buy into this amazing upcoming community as a first time home buyer, I was still treated with respect and welcomed. No pressure either, despite having some wiggle room to make a purchase work with a little assistance from my parents lol. Nathan ensured I walked away with a better understanding of the home buying process and what I can comfortably afford. And who knows, things may change financially in 6 months from now and I may be able to come back and buy a home with all the upgrades and features I want. I doubt what I want will be left, but I'm an optimistic person. If that happens, I'd be right back to work with Nathan again. I see and believe in the vision for this project. We asked a lot of questions about the location and plans. They were all answered. The homes are beautiful. I really hope everything works out, and urge those who are ready to buy to look into this community. Baltimore is slowly coming together. Your patience will be worth it. He has been so informative, helpful, and an advocate for me to have a smooth process with getting my home. As a first time homebuyer, I am so grateful for how smooth the process has gone. I am throughly impressed with the excellent level of communication from Nathan and his team every step of the way. Jamison the builder of my home has also been excellent. He provided a thorough walk through of the home and provided great education on the maintenance of the home (which is WAY simpler than expected). Jamison has also provided excellent communication and provides quick responses to any questions I have. I appreciate how this building team is thorough, ensuring quality work and has excellent finishing. I am so satisfied with the process of getting my home and the prime location to be just outside the city but still have access to it. 10 min from the airport, access to the light rail, less than 1 hr from DC, 10 min from the harbor, a garage, planned trails, close to the water, and excellent views of the city skyline…Phenomenal.
