  I cannot recommend Ryan Homes at OneWestport enough for their incredible patience. After signing a contract based on a tentative job offer, I faced an unexpected six-week delay for my Final Job Offer. Throughout this stressful period, the team showed immense understanding. Their patience—and the support from their preferred lender, NVR—was far beyond what I expected. Special shoutout to Nate Silva and Garrett for sticking by me through the wait. I can’t wait to close and finally call a place 'mi casa' again!

His background allowed him to give us a unique perspective, answer detailed questions, and connect us with subject matter experts so we felt completely confident in our decision. He has been with us every step of the way as we secured our new home at One Westport. Tony is kind. Personable. Professional. Patient. And truly a subject matter expert.   We recently purchased a Ryan Home in One Westport and had a great experience from start to finish. Nathan Silva was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was transparent about timelines, kept us informed at every stage, and was quick to address any questions we had. The quality of the home and attention to detail really stood out, and we’re very happy with our decision. The view of the water is also a HUGE bonus and we can't wait to sit out on the deck this Summer!   Hi, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nate Silva my Sale Representative. Although I was nervous he made me feel comfortable during the process of understanding first the cost estimate worksheet and from there the MD purchase agreement. He was very confident and knowledgeable in it all down to the item/material selections. He definitely has a way of explaining any questions regarding Ryan Homes I may have had. Next, I’ve been working with Garrett on the loan side and again the sharp knowledge of it all was superb and on point with him. His bullet points left nothing out or forgotten. This will be my first time purchasing a home with Ryan Homes and I’m very excited with the process thus far. We have a ways to go and I’m looking forward to the next phase. So thank you Ryan Homes.
