Her demeanor was so welcoming that I opted to apply without viewing the property so I didn't see any units until move-in day, lol!! In my short residency, I have experienced the best customer service, pleasant neighbors and a very welcoming community. Mrs. Stephanie is by far the best property manager I've ever experienced. I don't see me moving any time soon.

- SGSharnell GuidryJun 5, 20241.0Save yourself the trouble and sign a lease elsewhere. They need to get the property and the management together before asking for over $3,000/month in rent. If you can’t keep a property manager, can’t maintain the grounds (trash not being picked up, maintenance requests go unanswered, etc) or respond to your residents, then as a property management company what are you doing? I was one of the first residents at this brand new community and I watched the downfall over the years due to poor management. The homes are beautiful, but it’s not worth the headache. Constant crime that isn’t being managed either. It’s a shame because the property had a lot of potential.

So I decide to call…several times. No answer each time. Left a voicemail, no reply. Went to their online portal, left an inquiry request; no response. Set up an appointment; I’m sure you can guess what happened. I still can’t figure out how you’re supposed to even get information to lease here but at this point I’ve wasted enough time. Just leaving this review for others who may be left wondering why no one returns their calls. Hope you have better luck than me.
