For years I’ve gotten calls from here looking for Nancy. I’m not her, I don’t even live in the state. I’ve told multiple staff to look into her/number. For christs sake stop calling me :(

No security and cameras are fake. Someone tried to break in my car and broke my door handle and broke my back passenger door window. Went to leasing office and they did not care at all. And I pay my rent on time and never have gave them problems.

Was told there would be 3 bdrms available for my moving date, drove all the way for my appointment to tour and was greeted with a snippy four word answer, "We don't have none" Thanks for the waste of time and gas.

Deleted and recreated my review. It has now been nearly 2 months and maintenance has now marked two requests as resolved even though they have done absolutely nothing. I am moving out at the end of my lease and the leasing office is so incompetent that when I visited to confirm that they received my notice of intent to vacate, I was told that they don’t check the mail regularly, and they don’t check their messages on the property management app that they basically force all communication through. Additionally, the place I am moving to was unable to get a response when trying to contact Metro Pointe for my rental history. Assuming that the response to this review will be by a person and not an automated bot, do not ask me to call you to discuss my experience because if I do call I will get hung up on by your terrible answering AI. Figure out who I am based on the maintenance requests you keep dodging and do something to fix your tenants issues with the money I pay you every month. Old review: We have had black mold growing and spreading from our air condition vents and on top of that our air conditioning stopped working. It has now been weeks since submitting maintenance requests and it is still not addressed. After speaking with neighbors, they have similar mold issues that have been unaddressed for over a year. Additionally, our ceiling collapsed last summer due to a leak from above and they did a terrible job repairing it, leaving light fixtures and air vents loose, destroyed the window screen in our bedroom and did not replace it, and left damaged patches of carpet. There are also kids in the neighborhood who leave shopping carts littering the area, I’ve seen one fly down the street and nail someone’s car before during a storm. Management does not seem to care, but how dare we feed the stray cats they do nothing about, several of which are very friendly.
