- SGSynor GulliverOct 13, 20252.0I have lived here for 16 years. I can honestly say. Like someone told me..when I first moved in. "I have seen this place turn from sugar..to s.h.i.t.!!. It's the people. The apartments are really nice. It's some of the trifling people that reside here. It's going into a whole new year. Yet, the water still isn't on in the laundryroom. The washers and dryers were down from October to early December!!. Finally got fixed..now, there's no water. I told management..and maintance worker. He tells me. " We didn't turn the water off. I don't know how to. They(FMB Laundry), turned it off. They have to turn it back on". Yeah!!. NO WATER. The people who live above me. Decided to THROW a brown substance over their balcony. It landed on mine..and my table..the lady who live below me. I took it to management. She said she would send someone to clean it up!!. That was on the 22nd of December. Substance is still there!!. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Happy New Year's Eve.
