The management was deceptive. I went to court although my rent was paid. I had my stamped signed receipt from the rental office when I went to court. I called the office while in the presence of the CCM accountant. The manager stated that my rent was applied to my account. She heard the statements that he made. She knew he was lying. When I left the courthouse, I went to the office and spoke with him. My cashiers check was in a pile of other checks on his desk. He did this to me and a number of black tenants. My credit is now ruined. I had to move out because on previous occasions he did the same thing to me. My neighbor across the street was told that her rent was not paid for 3 months. She went to the office and her money orders were found on the floor of his office by other office staff. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. BLACKS ARE TREATED DIFFERENTLY TGAN ANYONE ELSE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A PROFESSIONAL BLACK INDIVIDUAL.

Pros: A) Amazing office staff! Ashley has always been so patient and took the time to explain billing issues (on multiple occasions; see Cons list below)without making me feel like I am burdening her. B) Great central location. C) Lighting-fast maintenance responses. D) Cheaper then the other complexes down the street. E) Storage units in basement. F) Nice web-portal that is easy to setup and use. G) This one is in response to a bad review I read below: This property is a very healthy mix of different races/religions, etc. Almost every building I have visited was very evenly mixed, and everyone I have spoken to has gotten along just fine with their neighbors. Dont make your decision to live here based on one person's bad experience where they probably left out all the facts about what THEY did wrong. Cons: A) Units are small and outdated. B) 90 degree turn at all front door does not allow for any "serious" furniture. C) One (2ft x 15inch) counter on each side of sink is ALL the counter space you get. D) No dishwasher. E) Shared laundry in basement (but points for them using an app so you dont always need to hunt for quarters). F) Confusing billing. (After renewing my lease I got a notice on my door because I was not told clearly that I would have to re-setup my auto-bill pay. Then I got another notice on my door a few months later because, I needed to re-setup auto bill pay for my water/sewer charges separately.) That being said, as I stated above in the Pros list, Ashley was very nice and worked through it with me, but it is always distressing to get notices on your door, and these could have been avoided, and it helps that I didn't call her all yelling and angry, so we calmly worked it out and she was awesome enough to remove the late fees. Overall, definity would recommend this place.

This apartment company seems to be racist to me. They have all the black people on one side and all the Jewish people on another side. You may see a couple of black people mixed in the Jewish area but overall they majority is separated. If a Jewish person complains on you and your black they automatically kick you out without doing any research. They apparently have community meetings where the discuss us blacks, I know this from the only Jewish guy in the area that talks to blacks. They take the word of thier own over a black person. I moved in and immediately felt unwanted by my neighbors, they messed with my laundry, and intentionally stomped over my head. Then when I got fed up and yelled at them remind u I tried talking first, they immediately sent me a letter to get out. I didn't argue or defend myself because I was miserable and felt as if I was being watch by the community. So I left without putting up a fight. Mr. Yifra the property manager only looks out for his own even the rental office agrees. If nothing else I would like to warn all black people to stay away.
