They are very rude, i spoke with a gentleman and he was straight forward and asked that a speak to him. However when i called back there was a young lady that didn't know what she was talking about and instead of leaving things as is she was completely rude, i have no interest in this community now.

I enjoy the neighborhood but the service as of late is not great. I had to request an air filter change because mine hadnt been changed in the year I've lived here. Now I've been waiting for a microwave for a month. It broke down, a part was ordered, came in and we still needed a new one. The maintenance tech placed an order on one date but the order wasn't put in until a week later. When I called the leasing office they didn't know I knew the real date so when I questioned them, they passed me off and said they would get back to me. They never did. I called back again and was told many microwaves are on order and need to wait. Very non-chalant, almost apathetic. The manager required me to follow up vs her following up. Also, interestingly enough, this particular request is not being managed on their web portal like all the rest. Absolutely unacceptable.
