  When I moved out of Brook View Apartments, they charged me for damage that was there when I moved in, despite my photo documentation and move-in form. When I emailed them about it, I got referred to management who refused to respond. That turned a mostly positive experience with the company into a negative one.

  I have lived in Book View for over 5 years, from a 1B1B to 2B2B. I enjoy the neighborhood with an inner driveway to walk around, and quiet nights when everyone obeys the rules that party ends before 10pm, even on weekends. The overall equipment is all in great condition, with the kitchen fully set up and hot water 24 hours. The maintenance team always comes within the very first minute once I submit a request. I know all of them, and they keep a good manner and are professional when they come to fix the room. The pool is only open during the summer time, not a big one, but it always has a lifeguard during open time, and it is kept clean. Big enough for small children to have some fun. There are issues and concerns about rodents (mainly mice), cockroaches and ants from time to time, especially during wintertime. Pest control is available every Friday. Due to the grasslands, small stream, and trees very close by, it is acceptable, and the maintenance always makes a quick move once they get the call. It's in the center of a Jewish neighborhood, very safe and child-friendly, with several playgrounds within 5 5-minute walk.

  When selected Mt Washington apts on the app, Brookview came up. It seemed very deceptive. The leasing agent acted as though she did not know what was going on even AFTER I explained it to her 3 times. I want Mt Washington Apts NOT Brookview. I dont want ANYTHING that has to do with Continental Realty!!!!The ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THE JEWISH TENANTS.

  Brook View is a hidden gem. The neighborhood is beautiful .. community very friendly... Leasing Staff is very attentive and professional. A wonderful bonus is local wildlife. Seeing a group of 11 deer in the city is different for sure, however, something beautiful to see. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

  Love maintenance here and the leasing agents. We like it here. A very good few years living here. Things are pretty mellow, not too noisy of neighbors to bother us. Everyone knows everyone and all seem friendly. Dog loving area which is great and much appreciated! We have made a ton of great memories living here! Tons more to come! There are however, tons of wildlife to be expected living in the woods. Lots of deer and other wild animals that come straight up to your door it’s quite amazing and a bit frightening but if you can coexist and make peace with nature, it’s a beautiful place to reside. Update: lived here 4 years and it felt like home so much I’m having major anxiety leaving! We’re going to our new apt nearby but if you’re on the fence, this place made the best memories ever! I’ve never been happier in my apartment the way Brookview makes you feel! This realty agency and the maintenance crew plus Susan and Michael are VERY VERY REAL, On hands amazing people!!!! Thank you Susan groves and Michael for everything you have done to make our living situation here nothing less than amazing!!!! I’ll miss you all!
