  You absolutely do not want to live here. Had a one year lease on the echodale side which I rarely stayed in I wish I could go lower than one star. First flag the leasing agent knocked on my door for smoking a cigarette.Second was birds got in my furnace closet somehow through the roof and they literally asked "can't you just kill them" which I recorded some of the conversation. Third my car was towed twice in witch I had the pass in the window I just parked on the wrong side because there were no spots. That was it for me so when my lease was up I recorded my apartment and it was like no one ever lived there it was so clean. They took my security deposit and charged me with a lot of BS and say on top of the security deposit I owe them 3000 plus. Keep in mind even though I had a one year lease I've only stayed home about 60 days of the one year lease. DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY you will regret it I promise you!!!!!!!!

  I am here on 10/25 a Saturday for my tour. I came to the leasing office 30 minutes early and nobody was here. UNPROFESSIONAL. I drove far to come here for a scheduled tour just for nobody to show up in the leasing office. I spoke to a resident and they said that the leasing office is always unprofessional like this.

  The place is over priced they never stay on top of maintenance but they will stay on top of making sure u don't miss rent it's not safe for kids the police stay keep coming for other people issues the first 2 weeks being here I got robbed and it's to many shooting around here it took a 16 year old life onced moved in everything started to break down in the apartment like everything the maintenance told me it's a old apartment so that's gonna happen what that got to do with that either u fix it or don't in the end I will not renew leasing here and will not recommend moving here yes it's quiet at times but other then that it sucks here and can't wait to leave

  Kinda nice place, with dedicated maintainance people and central office. Almost everyone smokes here :(
