  Our new APM, Hillary, has been extremely helpful in getting things done. After years of feet being dragged by MGMT on many issues, we feel as though things are looking up for this property. We have lived here for more than 6 years and love the building.

  I want to share how incredible Hillary, the Assistant Property Manager at our building, has been. She consistently goes above and beyond to help residents, and it truly does not go unnoticed. Hillary is responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has handled it quickly and thoroughly, always following up to make sure everything was resolved. She makes what could be stressful situations feel easy and manageable. It’s clear she really cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Our building is lucky to have someone so dedicated, organized, and supportive on the team. Thank you, Hillary, for everything you do — it makes a real difference!

  Starting my second year leasing at 1405. Overall, no complaints. Views are great, pool is a great amenity, and it's the best bang for your buck in the neighborhood. Changed units last month. Hillary in the leasing office was extremely helpful, taking care of all issues and concerns in a timely manner, always available by phone or email or just popping down into the office. Ultimately, the lease transfer was seamless.

  I lived in this complex for over four years, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating living situations I’ve ever dealt with. The elevators were constantly breaking down, and it always felt like the issues were “being worked on” but never actually resolved. It became a regular inconvenience instead of a rare problem. On top of that, the leasing office staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. Any time I tried to address concerns or ask for assistance, it felt like I was bothering them rather than being treated like a resident who pays to live here. There was zero willingness to work with me, no matter how reasonable the request. After years of dealing with the same problems over and over, my honest advice is don’t stay here. For what they charge, you can find something much better—somewhere that’s actually maintained and where the staff treats you with basic respect. Keep looking. It’s not worth the cost or the headaches.
