  Building is nice but since living here for a year the fire alarm in the building has gone off 20 plus times. The people they have working the front desk are rude and don’t want to be there. Also the countertops in all the units stain after the first use. Overall was not impressed for the price.

  Have been a resident here coming up a year and have nothing but positive experiences with the facility and staff. Of note, James from maintenance has been such a friendly face and a lifesaver on multiple occasions. Always appreciative of his attentiveness and kindness whenever my apartment needs anything.

  Just wanted to quickly shout out the maintenance team. Everytime we've submitted a request the team is quick to respond and schedule time to fix what ever needs repairing. James in particular has been wonderful - he is personable, positive, and makes sure that everything gets taken care of.

Matthew demonstrated exceptional hospitality, surpassing our expectations and making us feel at home in Baltimore. He provided a detailed tour of the apartments, addressing all my questions and concerns.
