The apartments themselves are modern, attractive, and energy-efficient, and the MARC train across the street is a major plus for commuters who rely on public transportation. Unfortunately, poor management and inadequate upkeep undermine what could otherwise be a great place to live. The common areas were also poorly maintained. Pet waste was often left in hallways, the package room was consistently disorganized, and frequent fire alarm testing made working from home difficult. Pool rules were never enforced, resulting in overcrowding every weekend. Security was another concern: multiple cars had their tires stolen in the paid parking garage, and management’s response was simply to park an empty patrol car outside at night. While management was generally friendly, they were rarely helpful. We were falsely labeled as evicted upon moveout and repeatedly accused of smoking in our unit, despite the fact that we do not smoke. We requested multiple inspections to clear this up, but management never followed through and the accusations continued. We later learned that we were not the only residents being targeted. It felt like a deliberate attempt to push us out, and after we left, the rent on our unit was increased by several hundred dollars per month. Winter maintenance was lacking as well. Snow was not cleared on the upper levels of the garage, making it difficult for residents on higher floors to safely exit. Although the building itself is beautiful, it’s located in an industrial area with heavy truck noise, especially for units facing Dorsey Run. When Buzzuto owned the property, it felt like a true community. Since JAG took over, it feels more like a cash grab, with steep rent increases and little concern for residents. Three stars only because the units and amenities are nice and the train access is convenient.

Lived here for 2 years. Great area with a very comfortable community. However docked some stars since the former boss lady Danielle Macklin decided that a pre-existing problem with a bedroom blind was worth my $2000 deposit which I never received. The current leaders of the office are far superior and Jasmine was really the only reason why I would recommend this place.

This place was once pleasant to reside at, but not anymore. When we first moved here we were told that we could use all of the amenities, which is the community room, pool, movie theatre, and the computer room. We were told that we could use the community room and theater at any time, and if we were having people over to use it after hours, once the leasing office closes. We were also told that if we wanted the rooms to be used only by us, and no one can use it while we are using it, then we would have to rent it out. We have used the community room several times, and each time we used it we were told yes. Well on December 20, 2025 my Wife asked Chris if we could use the community room to have game night, and Chris told my wife yes. We had game night (with Chris') permission, and everything was nice. We cleaned up the room, wiped down the tables etc. We left the room the way that we found it, like we always do. The night before a family was using the room. I asked the lady did she rent the room out, and she told me no. She even offered for us to come in if we wanted to, because they were only using the section around the table. Did they get charged a $1,000.00 to use the room just hours before we did? I thought everything was okay, but on December 22, 2025 Jasimon sent me an email telling me that she has attached $1,000.00 onto our rent for using the community room. I was caught by surprised, because this has never happened before. This is our fourth time using the community (with permission), and we have never been charged before. Each time we used the community room we have always asked, and have always been told yes. Actually, Jasimon told me that I could use the room when we had our first game night. What's different this time? Why are we being charged a $1,000.00 to use a community room that is supposed to be free to the tenants? Why are we living here paying all this money for rent and we can not use the amenities? Due to this we had to call corporate and obtain an attorney, because Christy and Jasimon refuse to take the $1,000.00 off of our account. The rooms are only open to use during business hours while the leasing office is open, which is 10am - 6pm. During those hours most people are at work or just getting off. Why aren't we able to use the amenities, I am still trying to figure it out. Once the leasing offices closed at 6pm. they lock the doors to the community center and the movie theatre. It seems likes since Jasimon got a little promotion, it has gone to her head and Christy is backing her up knowing that they both are wrong. I say all of this to say, if anyone is looking for a nice Luxury apartment with nice amenities that you will have access to, this is not the place to move. They should be more focused on who is smoking weed in the garage, the building and finding out who is stealing packages from the package room. I sure do miss Danielle!!
