  We had an outstanding experience with Ryan Homes, and we want to give special recognition to Project Manager Dave Saunders. From start to finish, Dave did a wonderful job ensuring everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. We closed on our home on March 10th, and what truly sets Dave apart is that his support didn’t stop there. He continues to check in on us regularly and even sends helpful reminders, which shows his genuine care and commitment. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Dave has gone above and beyond—he’s become more than just a project manager; he feels like part of our family.   Our experience with Ryan Homes at Aberdeen Overlook was nothing short of amazing. From day one, Glenn, the site manager, provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to truly understand my family’s background, interests, and what we were looking for, not just for now, but for our future. Because of that, he helped guide us to a home that truly fits our long-term vision. Glenn’s attention to detail was impeccable. From selecting cabinets and flooring to choosing the right home model, he walked us through every step with care and precision. His approach was always customer-focused, and he made us feel genuinely invested and confident in every decision. As we transitioned from the planning phase to the building phase, both Glenn and Tyler, the project manager, continued to exceed expectations. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Their communication and support made everything smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how excited they were for us. As first-time homebuyers, that meant a lot. The entire process was seamless, there were truly no hiccups, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are beyond pleased and grateful. Highly recommend!

  From start to finish, our experience was amazing thanks to Glenn and Tyler. We began our home search in August 2025 and were officially moved into our beautiful new home by December 2025 and the support hasn’t stopped there. Glenn was with us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions throughout the entire process. Even after closing, he continues to be responsive and helpful, which truly speaks to his commitment and professionalism. Our project manager, Tyler, was equally outstanding. He made sure everything stayed on track and has remained accessible even after we moved in which is something you don’t always see. That level of continued support gave us so much peace of mind. I’ll be honest after reading various reviews about Ryan Homes, I was definitely nervous going into this process. But Glenn and Tyler completely changed that perception. They made the entire experience smooth, positive, and absolutely worth it. If you’re considering building with Ryan Homes, having the right team makes all the difference and we couldn’t have asked for a better one.

  I visited this site a couple of times in last 4-5 months. The representative Glenn has trouble to stand up and show around. He asked about my credit score and when I answered, he asked “are you sure?” very sarcastically/cockily. The Ryan homes should consider changing him if they want to sell homes faster.
