- NRNaomi NayNay RossJul 16, 20255.0I just don't know about the negative comments, I have been a tenant of TCA for seven years, and I love my rental office (TCA). They always fix any issues in a timely fashion, regardless of day or time. The after hour maintenance crew always replies no matter the day, time, holiday, or situation. Out of the seven years I've been a tenant, I have never had any issues or problems with the staff or maintenance. They have always been honest, respectable, and reliable, no matter of what maintenance work needs to be done, I can always count on the maintenance crew, cleaning and maintaining the area that they are working in, the maintenance crew has always taken all trish with them, my experience with TCA for the past seven years, has always been a plus service. As long as you're honest with TCA Property Management, they will work with you and your family, in and on any situation, thank you, TCA, Property Management.

However, when I moved in and had already given notice to my previous landlord I was not informed that the owner could not get to MD to make repairs to her property. I have now been renting the property for 5 months and the only maintenance that has been done were new blinds and I've been emailing with no response as to when the maintenance will be done. I am very disappointed at this point.
