She was very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable of answering all questions about the new home. She was very patient with us, answering questions we had about the landscaping around the home, and even referred us to one of the builders that was on site. He showed us around the construction grounds, and answered the questions we had about the landscaping. She was patient with us, even when we decided to change the to another home lot. We are very excited about our new 55+ home.😁

Looking forward the move. - Kathy Rossi, Sales Rep, is everything you want in a sales rep.: Friendly/Pleasant; Knowledgeable; No-pressure and not pushy; Great Communicator and Well spoken; Timely/Reliable; Detail Oriented (when needed); Client-driven; ... Kathy made us feel very comfortable throughout the purchase process. - We had an opportunity to meet with Luke (the construction project manager) - and he left us feeling confident that our new home will be built with quality and care. - We are just starting with the mortgage process (NVR Mortgage). Our loan officer, Dawit, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the mortage process, program options etc. in a way that was easy to understand, which allowed us to make informed decisions about financing our new home. If our first meeting is any indication of how the complete process will work out, then we will very happy.
