My sales rep, Kate, believed in my family’s vision of homeownership as first time home owners. What she could have considered to be basic questions, she diligently answered. Her level of communication and connectedness throughout the process reassured my family we were in good hands. Kate accommodated last-minute changes as feasible and even helped create a future vision for our home. Greg, our project manager- lived up to his words. He never fails to call on a Friday with updates, even when there weren’t significant changes to the previous week. When my family opted to have our home inspected pre- and post-drywall, he encouraged us to. Issues identified were readily resolved, and an acceptable reason was provided if they weren't. Greg and Kate made our journey seamless and stress-free in many ways, and to top it all off, they celebrated with us at the end. I highly recommend Ryan Homes and the Gilbert Meadows community.
