He was informative, step-by-step, he sent me pictures on what was going on? Anything? I didn't understand he was opening to educate me. Yes, I am. Highly intelligent, but when it comes to this building homes and construction, do it. No I don't know. He led the way, but that's where I had the perfect stars. Everything in this world is not perfect. Did I have issues with my customer service and going through the process of buying it and closing my home? Yes, I did. But everything in life is not always smooth. Um, overall, we're Ryan Holmes. It's nice even now. I'm moving my home, yes, it is some issues in my home, but that's where communication comes from, and I do reach out and use my warranty, and they do come back and they fix it. My husband and I went to visit the single family homes and was very very disappointed in the sales representative, Andrew. We made an appointment and drove an hour to view this home. When we walked in and asked questions, Andrew made sarcastic remarks. As we started viewing the home, he went straight into his office, did not offer to show us around and when we did ask questions about the home and HOA/Community, he was very short and impatient and at times answered our question yelling from his office, while sitting down. He was completely disrespectful and I would even say prejudice toward us. This is extremely disappointing after driving an hour. He took away the excitement of viewing Single Family Ryan homes.
