  Parking rules are poorly enforced. Vehicles regularly park outside their assigned stalls, block neighboring spaces, and obstruct access to shared amenities like block heater outlets. This issue has been escalated many times, yet nothing changes. Complaints are acknowledged but not acted on. Rules are ineffective without consistent enforcement, and residents who follow them are left inconvenienced.

  The place is falling apart from the moment it is built, they dump snow in your parking space then deny doing it, and they offered a $1000 buy out option when you sign your lease but if you use it they try and tell you they changed their policy even though the documents you still have access to say otherwise. Do not rent from these people.
