The building is quiet, clean, and well-serviced, and the office is great at communicating with tenants proactively. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to rent in the area!
- MJMaeiou Roldan (JahMae)Dec 4, 20225.0There are so many great things to describe this building throughout our tenancy here. This affordable and pet-friendly building has everything you need. Our spacious 2 bed/2 baths and one of them is an ensuite. A huge balcony with a nice view of the Legislative, and the sunrise/sunset view is amazing! The heated underground parking is extra but is also cheaper than others which is awesome because our car is secured and no scraping off snow. The building is clean and well maintained everywhere you go. The property manager, Sidney is super nice and very accomodating/hospitable. She treats the tenants with compassion and care. She always addressed our concerns the same day, if not the next business day. There are security guards watching out for the overall safety of the tenants and the building. I can't forget to mention the extra ammenities such as a fitness gym(a small but a decent gym that has everything you need), lounge area, quiet/study room, bike storage and the best one of them all is the Theatre Room where you can invite your friends and families for a nice movie night without having to go to the Cinema Theatres. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to stay.
