- CSColleen SeelAug 25, 20245.0I have been a tenant at 230 Good Street since 2021 and have truly enjoyed my experience so far especially since Sidney Koehn has been in management. I’ve experienced a few problems with parking (I have an outdoor parking spot right by the back door) and have had many people parking in my spot. I have put up my own sign - with approval and have had no problems since so far. I have voiced my concerns to Sidney who dealt with the problem right away. She has been a wonderful person to deal with. Anytime I need something she is very professional and will get back to me immediately and fix the problem. I truly can’t say enough about her. I’m hoping that she remains on staff for a very long time!! She really does go above and beyond her job!! Colleen

- SSShawntayChanteNov 30, 20221.0PLEASE READ! I have lived in this building for about a year and a half. In that time my car has been broken into twice (in the underground parking lot that is “monitored” by security), and my bike stolen from a locked bike room inside the building in broad daylight. The building has be juggled around with ownership 3 times. First owned by ironclad, then capital management, and most recently centurion. Each time there is a break in in the building management essentially blames the tenants, saying that to prevent future theft get better locks for your belongings, keep nothing in your cars, ect. They do nothing to help resolve the situation. The first few months of living here the building was well maintained and clean, but with the changes in management the cleanliness was severely declined. What makes all of this so frustrating is I actually love where I live. The location is perfect, the amenities in my suite are fabulous, my neighbours are friendly, the rent is affordable enough. But the management is horrible. Often when I’ve gone into the office to address a complaint I am met with hostility and a lack of empathy. If they don’t have the answers to my questions, they shrug it off and it’s no longer their problem. There’s constantly people moving in and out of this building, after only living here for a few months. I really want to stay living here but the cons are starting to outweigh the pros.
