  When I resided there I found the staf giving furniture treatment to the elders and making the disabled life harder, taking things away like the handicap lounge and whenever they could find a way to blame The rock of handling properly on a disabled person they would for an example they went from cleaning before a daily to once a week to then gradually making it monthly already had bedbugs in the building, but they just helped the bedbugs spread like wildfire apartment across the hall to me had an elder that smoked management knew that he was smoking was very unclean and did nothing about it. His department eventually had bed bugs. The gentleman passed away. They had exterminated clean the apartment and rent it to a very nicely who informed me that the apartment had bedbugs and showed me the big bugs. She trapped underneath the glass, and this was after they exterminated that told me the whole building was contaminated. It was one German that loved to rush to open the door for all visitors if he had seen them once before he let them in again, even if it was not coming in, the building was very ignorant about it. I told him that I had beaten up on me and I did not want her in the building. Will you have to tell me these things for my personal business is not your business very nosy individual always trying to tell me I don’t care of my life if you was not hanging out and a lot of other people and he was in the community room walking the hallways all floors for maintenance supervisor Jonathan Jones. They made him get a PCA to come in and help him keep the apartment clean Aunt complaining about it daily

  My mom lives in Emanuel Village for the last 5 years. In the last 2 years do to a new management I have seen an Improvement in the facility they have put a big effort to cleanliness and safety Inside and outside the apparent units. Thank you to Cristin ,Hannah an the maintenance team.

  It's a nice diverse little community within quinsigimond village, All kinds of different religions in alot of titenit little village.. Also has a basket ball court and park for kids in Emanuel village to play and stay positively busy. I have good friends from Gana who live they're.
