  Moved in a month ago. Instantly regretted it. People selling drugs and smoking God knows what out of 3 apartments on the second floor. 210, 203,and 205. Back door lock broken multiple times. Back gate to the "courtyard" broken, leaving a big hole for vagrants to fit through to come in the back door. Fire alarms going off multiple times in the past month. Homeless people hanging out in the lobby at all hours of the night. Emergency stairwells smell like urine. Management unresponsive. One stabbing in front of the building two days ago, and another that has yet to be reported in the news (fireman told me about it). Move here if you like to suffer.

  This place is under a Class Action Lawsuit. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere otherwise you will be dealing with constant problems and headaches. Office staff is incompetent and very rude, especially Stephanie Bourgeois.The Maintance guys are pleasant and easy to talk too. The Office Staff, will lie to you and won't help or assist you when needed, they will not disclose important information for you to make an informed decision which will result in you oweing them money. They will make it difficult for you to move out when you realize the place is dirty, has mold and not well maintained, they will charge you unnecessary fees to move out and when your lease is up, they hold on to your Security Deposit and find a way to charge you unnecessary fees. They will also lie to you about the place to get your money to move in. The elevator and washing machine breaks down often, the place smells, issue with bed bugs and roaches, limited hot water during winter, issue with leaks so they shut off the water sometimes with no notice and lie and say they sent notification and sometimes you will not have water running. Your delivery packages will be stolen. There is always a maintaince issue because they keep patching and using cheap things to fix a maintaince problem which doesn't last, it doesn't seem to be the Maintenance guys fault though, I guess its what is provided to them. The above is my experience as well as former and current tenants experience so it is no surprise they have a Class Action Lawsuit.
