  Ron did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of a condo on Hildreth Hills. We rented from him for a year first. During that time he was responsive, authentic, demonstrated great local market knowledge and provided a network of mortgage company, contractors and movers. He made the transaction, quick and easy.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Ron. From the first day we met he was attentive and listened to my needs and wishes for a bigger home to accommodate my family returning from abroad and for a nice yard for my puppy. He did not miss a beat in finding and following up immediately on every single available property in a very competitive market with little housing supply and many buyers. He helped me through what could have been a very stressful process with humor, optimism, extensive experience and knowledge of real estate and most importantly, kindness. It is truly rare to be able to genuinely recommend a professional based not only on their wonderful talent, excellent competencies and successful negotiating skills but also on their amazing capacity for compassion.   There is nobody who will work harder to sell your house, than Ron Gagnon. As first time sellers, we were not knowledgeable of the process at all, and Ron was there for us every step of the way. His attention to detail is unmatched and his knowledge of the real estate market is sharp. I would recommend Ron for any facet of the real estate industry- you cannot go wrong- he is a true Jack-of-all trades.

  Ron was quote helpful from beginning to end. He did a good job explaining the process and how he and his agency could help. He came up with a good pricing strategy. He helped us find staging help and made that part of the process pretty easy. He setup and operated the open houses and managed the offers. Most notably, he negotiated a price that was not just over the asking price but over our expecations. We highly recommend Ron. While we hope to not be buying or selling again for many years, if we were, he'd be our choice anywhere in North Central Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire.
