  Ron did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of a condo on Hildreth Hills. We rented from him for a year first. During that time he was responsive, authentic, demonstrated great local market knowledge and provided a network of mortgage company, contractors and movers. He made the transaction, quick and easy.

  So we had a long list of wants and needs for our home search, and we were perhaps a bit inflexible in these items. Ron never seemed to get frustrated by this, at least in public. He may have gone home and screamed into a pillow after house tours, I know I would have, but he always had a supportive smile and positive outlook that we would find 'THE' home. He was quick to reply with any questions or documents we had or needed, always cheerful, and willing to drive and meet us wherever our search led us, which was pretty much all Middlesex county (we were all over the map) He did his best to keep me out of trouble on tours, not an easy task, and our marriage survived this terrible thing called moving. After many months of searching we found our home. Since we don't plan on doing this again anytime soon, we won't be taking up his time so he can spend it all with you and your list of demands. Go big with the list, he likes a challenge.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Ron. From the first day we met he was attentive and listened to my needs and wishes for a bigger home to accommodate my family returning from abroad and for a nice yard for my puppy. He did not miss a beat in finding and following up immediately on every single available property in a very competitive market with little housing supply and many buyers. He helped me through what could have been a very stressful process with humor, optimism, extensive experience and knowledge of real estate and most importantly, kindness. It is truly rare to be able to genuinely recommend a professional based not only on their wonderful talent, excellent competencies and successful negotiating skills but also on their amazing capacity for compassion. I cannot thank Ron enough for helping me to find my new home and for helping me to navigate a thoroughly complicated process of purchasing from a federal banking institution.   When I finally decided to take the step to sell my rental property, my intent was to interview a minimum of three agencies. The first appointment I made was with Ron Gagnon of Keller Williams agency. After speaking with Ron in the first ten minutes, I knew I didn't have to look any further. Ron has a very calm but dedicated approach. He walked me through the process and explained each step that we would take for this sale. I must admit having just made the decision to sell my property, the steps as he explained, went rather swiftly he he told me what I had to do and he took care of the rest. Ron explained to my tenants the process, and made them feel comfortable as we went along. His plan along with his contacts insured minimal intrusion on my tenants but a quick set of offers. Final decisions were made and a sale completed. I want to thank Ron for his time and professionalism during this process.
