Do not step foot in the place, enormous scam. Initially, a 10-month lease seemed strange, by month two we could not wait for it to be over. Property management had breached the lease multiple times with improper notice; one instance very early on involved notice of bug fumigation at 5:45pm with a list of instructions to pack everything in the apartment up and away from walls by 8am the following morning. They then choose to close the office early to avoid any residents being able to ask questions about it. There were frequently mice seen in the unit and in the halls, property management did very little to attempt to solve this problem, they were ultimately unsuccessful. Upon initial visits we asked if the carpeting in the unit could be changed because it reeked of pet urine, this was not met before move-in or accommodated any time after we moved in. Likewise, the common areas (hallways, laundry room) in the building are noticeably dirty and were not once cleaned during our 10 month stay. Management refuses to take responsibility for landscaping crew damaging vehicles and will tack on end of lease fees without explanation despite pressing Leanne, the property manager, about it. The office appears to be mismanaged to the extent that they cannot maintain administrative staff longer than a couple of months at a time, leading to horrible breakdowns in communication. I’m sure this will get an automatic response from the property, if they meant when they say “We take your feedback seriously,” they would have worked through these issues long before this. Apart from the mismanagement, there are constantly children running around the active parking lots unsupervised. This review was delayed two months to minimize the chance of PVW withholding our security deposit (shows how little faith they have garnered). If you live here now, buckle up for a terrible time when you move out. If you do not live here, continue looking anywhere else.
