The property has come along way, and as we all know, nothing’s perfect but the thing we all desire and service is the follow-through in the acknowledgment. I’ve been dealing with Park Village west or 30 years or so and I’ve seen people come and go- I’ve been working with Solange Pozo over the past year and cannot be happier. I’m receiving notices on the property. I’m receiving professionalism at all levels and she actually really cares about the job Which is very rare in today’s world. I often felt very lack of confidence in dealing with some of the previous staff, But it’s been a true joy, knowing that if I ask you a question, I’m going to get a very competent answer and a very quick time working with Solange !! I hope she’s there. It becomes a fixture for a long time.
