    I disagree with all of the pleasantries in the comments. When my friend moved in, many years ago it was a decent place to live for the elderly and disabled. Once the property was purchased by Beacon Properties/Communities it is no longer a good place to live. Now it's for anyone who can afford to pay their rent. People smoke cigarettes and weed in their apartments, in the hallways, or in front of the building where tenants and visitors enter the building. The maintenance people who work there are clueless, instead of fixing things they break them. There are no handicap parking spots for guests. But there are many assigned parking spots for the residence. Which is kind of strange to me. They should just have parking stickers for the tenants indicating that they live on the property. I doubt that all of the parking spots are for the elderly and disabled. The floors in the entire building is carpeted. It was replaced when Beacon took over (many years ago) and I do not think that it has ever been washed or vacuumed. The carpet in all apartments who still have it should have them removed completely and immediately and replaced with vinyl tiles. It's a giant dust, dirt collector and no matter how many times you vacuum it it is still dirty.
