So you’re telling me you rather the government pay someone’s rent instead of a person paying it all themselves? Makes a lot of sense. WELCOME TO SPRINGFIELD!

- JMJohanna MartinezAug 9, 20143.0I lived at Cumberland homes for about 6 yrs. I never had any complain about the staff or maintenance. There's good upgrades in the apartments. There's plenty space in the apartments and they are very comfortable. My issues were living in the 4th floor (there's no elevator) the rent is too high for that of type floor and be prepared for the bunch of lazy neighbors which don't do anything for their lives hanguing at the parking lot drinking alcohol, smoking weed and listening really load music while the kids were around playing and this is most during summer time, the police is always around due to this problem its a shame. But even though is a good point its close to everything. Hope they would correct these issues cause otherwise would b a great place to live.
