  If you have Section 8, do not move here. They will increase your rent without a legal 30-day notice. Everything goes smoothly the first year, but after that, forget it. They continue to raise your rent and even go above the Secrion 8 payment standard, leaving you to pay your current rent plus more. If you have an inspection and require a repair or make a maintenance request, they will come to your house whenever they want, and they will not call you or notify you that maintenance is coming to your unit; if you are not there, they will open your door and enter. So whether you're taking a shower, sleeping, or doing whatever else, and you don't hear the door and they enter, just imagine how uncomfortable thay would be. They keep the place nice and clean but the laundromat is disgusting. It can be a great place to live, however the above statement is a mayor issue, especially when it comes to the rent increases, because it could put you in a hard financial position. I'll be looking for another place to live. I like my unit and love where is located. I love the trees and hear the birds sing. My neighbors are so amazing and kind. Staff are nice. They have a lot of activities for the residents.

  This problem of cold air coming thru overhead cabinets, fuse box, thru overhead vent over stove, surrounding back wall in kitchen and entire bottom where new doors were installed started right after major renovation project. No problems prior to that. I was happy with this apartment. I addressed these problems to Inspector Robert Vacetti in 2015. He said "he'd have someone come back & check it". He tore taped foil off vent & told me "you can't do that". He passed this apartment on his inspection. I had temperature readings of 38-43degrees of cold air coming into kitchen area which affects all of downstairs. I could write a book with all I've been going thru trying to get this fixed. It was cited 2xs by Code Enforcement. It's 8 yrs. and problem still exists. There was a bandaid job done & it lasted a few months. It's obvious after 8yrs. they aren't qualified or not motivated to fix these issues. I'm sure there will be a Management response trying to downplay my comment. But as they say" the prove is in the pudding". I have the pudding.
