- MMMaria MendesMar 3, 20265.0Pretty awesome community. The new managers are very efficient I hope they all stay. They keep things clean and when it snows they make sure everything is cleaned and with salt. The only problem I have is people smoke inside the apartments and it gets through the vents. I live in a town home and my neighbors smoke all day outside…….It’s very annoying specially since I have a newborn. Some people smoke in the patio areas too and it’s an issue if you live on the first floor, good luck opening your windows to let the place air out !!! I wish they would at least walk around and smoke their cigarettes and whatever else but then don’t. This is an issue everywhere around here. Many of my neighbors complain about the smoking, townhouses and in the buildings. All streets not just mine. Other than that I love living here, I work a lot including overnights so I am barely home but so far so good.
