They truly care about residents and often ask how things are going. The amenities are top-of-the-line and kept so by diligent and experienced service. The grounds provide walks areas, benches for sitting and even a cooking area. Whenever I get the opportunity to share my opinions about Wilber management and staff, I am happy to extol their virtues. — One thankful resident

I had a small request for service that turned into 3 replacement job and he came in took his time and carefully and very respectfully fixed everything, within a short time. This man is very knowledgeable very polite and professional and I thank him so much ! Its very comforting and stress-less knowing you have a great Maintenence Manager always there going above and beyond !

The staff is always there when you need them and always with a smile which you can't see now with the mask in these covid times. I feel very safe here in covid times always clean, they provide hand sanitizer at door when you come in or out. Grounds always well kept with beautiful flowers and landscape. I am very happy here and it's a great place, so close to everything. Thanks to Sheila and John for making my time here so wonderful !!!!!! Linda Rozelle
