I’ve been living here for about seven months now, and overall my experience has been positive. The move in process wasn’t perfect, but what really stood out to me is that the team made it right. No place is perfect and at the end of the day people make mistakes. What matters is how those mistakes are handled, and they handled them.
The leasing office is very responsive. Tammy is a great property manager and always comes with solutions. Gina was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning, and she made the application process feel easy and stress free. They are truly just an email away whenever something comes up.
Even in moments where I have felt frustrated, they never dismissed my concerns. They have addressed every issue I have brought up, even if it could not be resolved immediately, and they have always remained patient and professional. I can be very particular about my home, and I appreciate that they respect that.
Maintenance has also been responsive, and the work order system is simple and easy to use. Things are not perfect. There are some outdated features and the trash system is not the best, but it is nothing that I cannot work with and I am sure management is aware of it. I also understand that many larger decisions are likely outside of the leasing office’s direct control. They probably have budgets and guidelines they have to work within, especially with a newer management company, and residents do not always see what goes on behind the scenes.
Overall, I feel heard here and that goes a long way.
