When I first moved to Rosemont Square Apartments, everything seemed great. The previous management team was excellent, and the experience was truly enjoyable. However, since they left, the quality of living here has drastically declined.
The current management team is unprofessional. They often act as if residents are a burden rather than valued tenants. When you bring up issues, they either ignore you or make excuses instead of resolving problems. Communication is poor, and the staff often speak to residents in a dismissive manner. It feels as though they only care about collecting rent, not about maintaining the property or ensuring residents’ satisfaction.
Rent increases every year, yet no real improvements are made. There is constant theft because there are no security cameras in the mailroom, and packages frequently go missing without resolution. Maintenance is unreliable—my stove has been broken for months, and even after five service visits, the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Despite multiple requests for a replacement, nothing ever gets done.
For the high rent (over $2,600 a month), this level of service is unacceptable. The property also suffers from ongoing issues with pests, overflowing trash, parking and uncollected dog waste Management consistently fails to address these problems or take accountability for improving the living conditions.
Overall, living here has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot wait to move out. I wish I can give this place less than one star.I do not recommend Rosemont Square Apartments for long-term residency. The rent is outrageously high considering the poor living conditions and lack of proper management.

I’ve been unable to use my bathtub/shower since August 19 (over a month )and management has done nothing to fix it. This disgusting black things that is prolly sewage is coming up the drain with bugs. I’ve reached out, but no one has followed up or provided real updates. It’s unacceptable that I literally cannot shower in my own apartment and they clearly don’t care about residents’ basic needs. They act as if I’m bothering them when I know they all go home to a clean shower at the end of the day. I have to go planet fitness gym for my basic hygiene. This is crazy.
