  They have rat issues. My car suffered serious rat damage several times, including engine wiring being chewed, resulting in over $7,000 in repairs. I also found clear rodent activity under the hood and even a dead rats. Management does nothing and keeps denying there’s an issue. Photos attached. Avoid.

  Joselyn, Phyllis, Marco and the rest of the staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past 1.5 years! The staff know us by name and we have been treated with kindness, understanding and stellar service. Our maintenance requests are often turned around same-day and all other requests are resolved courteously and professionally. We will miss the staff at the Amelia dearly!

  Great location, friendly leasing and maintenance teams, lovely neighbours and lots of friendly pets ❤️ Joslyn and Phyllis care about the residents a lot, they’re easy to approach and talk to regarding any concerns. Frank and Marco have been phenomenal with any repair requests. Giovanni is such a friendly and hardworking cleaner. Been living here for 3 years now, the apartment space is generous (in-unit washer and dryer is huge plus for me) - I have no plans to move out in the near future.

  My fiance and I have lived here a year and a half now and we love our home and the team behind The Amelia. You can't get a better price and location with The Amelia: the building is right in the center of downtown Quincy, steps away from the MBTA trains/bus routes, has great amenities like a gym, community room, and parking garage, and I found offers more square footage & competitive pricing compared to other buildings in the area. The maintenance team is incredible and have addressed all our issues in a timely fashion, and we love the management/leasing team who are always kind and responsive. Special shoutout to Joslyn who goes above and beyond showing love to our fur baby, Doug, and made our entry into dog parenthood at The Amelia a breeze. We love how pet-friendly the community is, highly recommend for any dog owners. We're excited to continue living at The Amelia for our engagement and beginning of our marriage, it's really perfect for where we're at and what we need in an apartment. <3

  I love living in The Amelia because the leasing and maintenance staff as managed by Phyllis is right on top of the things tenants want and need to live comfortably in this well-maintained beautifully designed, complex. The building's leasing and maintenance staff which includes manager Phyllis, Jocelyn and Frank are always ready to make our stay here as pleasant as possible. The complex is not only a showcase in design but the tenants are friendly. The buildings are clean and quiet with all the amenities one would want to have in their apartment. From the time you enter the amazingly designed lobby and go into your apartment, you will be as happy as I am living here.
