Oasis Plymouth is one of the most disappointing rental communities I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re a young family, single parent, or anyone expecting basic decency and fair treatment, look elsewhere.
The construction is embarrassingly subpar for the rent they charge. Paper-thin walls let you hear every conversation and footstep next door, builder-grade finishes already look worn out, and fixtures feel like they were sourced from the discount aisle. It’s not affordable quality—it’s just cheaply thrown together.
There is zero consideration for families with children. No playground. No tot lot. No fenced or safe outdoor play area for toddlers to burn off energy. Property management has the nerve to press daycare as if your finances easily covers their rent and daycare. For a property that advertises family living, the complete lack of child-friendly amenities is not an oversight; its deliberate.
The property management staff take that disregard to another level. They consistently display a profound lack of perspective and emotional maturity. Legitimate concerns are dismissed with condescension, and any expression of frustration is treated as an attack on their authority. Multiple families have been taken to housing court over disputes. A disproportionate reaction disrupting livelihoods and wasting public resources. One case included a single mother of two and a pregnant mother of one who was served notice to quit in the middle of winter. Rather than address resident issues constructively, management has a pattern of escalating to legal threats and injunctions to silence criticism—even when residents share honest experiences.
If you’re looking for a place that feels cheaply constructed, offers no support for young families, and responds to valid complaints with hostility and housing court filings, Oasis Plymouth is the perfect match. Everyone else should keep searching.
1 star is generous.

To the Property Management and Maintenance teams, a huge thank you for your support and assistance during the blizzard. All went above and beyond; excellent communications and updates, providing assistance, including checking my unit while I was away. To Paul and his team, you have gone above and beyond to keep entrances, parking lots and sidewalks cleared throughout several storms as well as clear my car this past week. Your team is truly appreciated.
Lastly, to my new neighbors who helped shovel last week while refusing any monetary compensation, a huge thank you as well.
A true community spirit here and I am truly glad I chose the Oasis complex as my new home.
Kind regards to all!

Do not moved here!!! First of all the landlord Josh lives here, like who wants to see him everyday!!! His not a nice man to deal with. Also most of the leasing office and the cleaning crew and maintenance lives here like why??? The neighbors are loud at all hours of the day and Eva from the office told me to record it. Like how in the world can I record stomping noise from the neighbors upstairs??? 😩 🥹 that’s how immature the office staff is because they young!!!
There is no sense of community here like my old apartment complex In Bridgewater because the neighbors are not friendly. The office staff are all young girls that don’t know what they are doing. They don’t really have a lot of amenities to offer just the gym, pool, and dog park. The package system is not organized, your packages will be left anywhere in the building even outside to the point you have to go searching for it. You’re not even allowed to rent the clubhouse for events. I’m so glad and happy I’m finally moving out of here. In almost two years of living here, I haven’t experienced any racism that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. There’s no diversity in Plymouth. 😩🤢😞 Plus the complex is close to the highway so the area is loud, you can hear the traffic noise!!! If you have anxiety this is not a good location to live!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't move here. There are too many noisy neighbors and nothing is done about it. All they do is tell you to record it. Our upstairs neighbor is always being loud. They are constantly dragging heavy furniture, they jump, they run and they are always dropping things. When our lease ends we will not be renewing our lease.
