This is NOT your stereotypical section 8 housing, this place is beautiful, clean, quiet, well kept and very well managed. Its a privilege to live here. Management is very strict but fair, and it's for the benefit of everyone who lives here, to make sure it remains nice. There are so many great things here that make life lovely, theres a beautiful swimming pool thats always staffed with a lifeguard, theres a community garden, playground and basketball court, well kept grounds, a nature trail that brings you into town, a bus route, and the community building has activities for everyone. For the elders theres bingo and coffee hour to socialize, and for the kids theres game nights and movie nights, and they even do holiday crafting and celebrations. In the summer theres annual "field trips" you can sign up for, one they do is day trips to beaches, usually Hampton Beach NH or Ocean Beach CT. They've also done trips to the Bronx zoo, the Boston Aquarium, and other really neat places that are super fun. Living here has been the best thing to ever happen to me and I'm blessed to be able to raise my kids here.
