Unfortunately very disappointing experience. A middle aged lady named PJ came off very standoffish almost prejudice I would say when interested in complex & visited. This is a representation of leasing, completely change my mind. No professional follow up either. Beware.

Pros
The building looks beautiful from the outside, and the main common areas are generally clean.
The community is mostly quiet, peaceful, and residents are friendly.
Very dog friendly, which is a plus if you like living around pets.
The location is convenient, and on the surface the property looks well maintained.
Cons
HVAC and ventilation issues: The ventilation system is poorly designed. Many residents, including myself, experience cold drafts coming through vents, windows, and doors. One vent remains open most of the time, allowing cold air to enter constantly. As a result, electricity bills can be extremely high, around $400 to $600 during colder months. There is also a recurring sewage or trash odor coming from wall vents, sinks, and bathrooms. HVAC technicians and plumbers have inspected multiple times, but the issue cannot be fixed due to how the building was constructed.
Structural issues: The building continues to settle, causing it to shake at times. Cracks have appeared in hallway walls, which is concerning.
Pool and amenities: Management promised that a pool would be installed, but there is still no sign of it. Each time residents ask, management says it is out of their hands because it has been handed over to a third party. The same situation applies to EV charging. Despite this, residents are still charged an amenity fee that includes the pool, which many believe may never be completed.
Management responsiveness: While property management can be polite, they do not provide clear answers or solutions to the above issues. PJ, in particular, is friendly but unable to address any of the major concerns. After posting reviews, management typically responds saying they would like to discuss further, but I have personally raised these issues multiple times with no meaningful outcome.
Other notes: Occasionally, there is a noticeable smell of marijuana in some hallways.
Overall, while the property looks great in photos and the location and residents are nice, it is difficult to trust what management says. The structural and ventilation issues are serious, and I personally plan to move out once my lease ends. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to look very carefully before signing a lease.
We feel incredibly lucky to call this beautiful modern apartment building our home. From the moment we moved in, we were struck by the thoughtful design, high-end finishes, and welcoming atmosphere.
The outdoor patio and large, fenced-in courtyard are perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying a sunny day. The new community grill is a favorite spot for weekend gatherings, and the clubhouse offers amazing amenities! (Pool table, fire places, coffee bar)
One of the true highlights here is the sense of community. Some neighbors are genuinely kind and have become close friends, it’s rare to find such a supportive, friendly environment. It feels like more than just a place to live; it truly feels like home.
The building is also very dog-friendly, which has made it even more special for us and our pup. Whether it's meeting other dog owners or enjoying the shared outdoor spaces, it’s clear that pets are welcomed and loved here. =) also have a dog wash station too!
Another great perk is the resident events—whether it’s a casual social, a themed party, or a fun holiday gathering, these events make it easy to meet new people and stay connected. They really add to the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere of the community.
And a special shoutout to PJ, who goes above and beyond for residents. PJ is always incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind! Always has treats on her desk for the pups too! (Megan’s wonderful too!) Both clearly care and make a real difference in our day-to-day experience!
I have resided here for about 4 months and can share the pro's and con's for those that are interested
Pros
- it is a beautiful space and main areas are clean but stairways need to be repaired (stains/chipped paint)
- very dog friendly, if you like dogs
- neighbors are nice and friendly, pretty quiet and peaceful community
Cons
- Poor ventilation system - myself and a handful of other residents have a lingering sewage/trash smell periodically coming from wall vents, sinks, and wash rooms. HVAC techs and plumbers have inspected it numerous times but there is no resolve as it is due to how the building was built
- Poor Structural Foundation. - the building often shakes as it is still settling resulting in cracks in the hallway walls which is pretty scary and this sets the fire alarms off - during one week the alarm went off a total of 6 times which required the entire building to evacuate - one time it was as late as 11pm at night
- No Pool - when moving in we were told that the pool would be installed by the end of summer and it has since been pushed back to next year. A lot of residents do not have faith that the pool will ever be installed and we are paying an amentity fee that includes the pool
If you do move in, pay attention to the lease they auto charge a 10% late fee if you are a day late on rent which is illegal in the state of Massachusetts
Property management can be nice at times but they are hiding the structural issues from tenants which is alarming

Last week I met with PJ Kardokas for a scheduled viewing of a studio apartment at Norton Links. I was very impressed and fell in love! The unit is small but very roomy and efficient. The washer and dryer in unit is a plus! PJ was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the tour and speaking with her. She has a very pleasant personality. I’m happy to say that I completed the application process and placed a deposit on an apartment!
Thanks PJ! 😊
